| Summary: Simply THE BEST! !!! After the easiest and most pleasant experience of purchasing a new Sprinter from Isaid for my business back in 2019, it was a no-brainer when it came time to purchase another Sprinter in 2024. However, this time, Isaid B., Simon G., Toni H. & Lee T. went above and beyond my expectations. From the shiny, new, state-of-the-art facility, to the outstanding customer service, to the professionalism and efficiency during negotiations, to closing the deal and facilitating delivery in less than 45 minutes....what else can you ask for?!?! Simon even came in on his off-day on Super Bowl Sunday just to assist in getting me in and out within the hour. Toni H. (The Finance Mgr) literally had me taken care of in less than 15 min. Again....SIMPLY THE BEST!!!! Isaid, Toni, Simon and the crew(thanks for the video Lee...) have made me a customer FOR LIFE!!! See you guys in 4 years when it's time to grab another Sprinter. Thanks for making the process so easy.... |
