| Summary: This has been my best new car/truck purchase I've made. I was looking for a Metris van and there is no stock available, my local dealer brushed me off so I did a search and found Walters Sprinter of Riverside. I gave them a call that was answered by Gordon Lai, we chatted about no inventory available but he expected 2 in approx. 4 to 6 weeks, sent me the info on both and said if I would like one I could put a deposit down to hold one for me. He also mentioned that they can't be tracked on their journey from europe. I went ahead and gave him a deposit and within 3 weeks I received a call from Gordon the van had arrived. We did the usual paperwork on line and I drove the 107 miles the next morning to be greeted by Toni the finance guy and a salesman whose name slips my mind (sorry) as it was Gordons day off. Toni was also great an honest finance guy didn't try to hide extras i didn't need into the contract as is typical. Wish i could remember the salesman's name that worked with us there as he's worth a mention. In about an hour we were on our way back home.
