| Summary: Was referred to Brennan Ruiz at Walter's Mercedes Sprinter Facility by one our Facebook group's experts in New Jersey! This place has about 6 lifts capable of servicing my Winnebago with it's Sprinter chassis - which tells me they can get around to diagnosing and servicing your Sprinter or Sprinter based RV much faster than than a regular Mercedes dealership (which only had on Sprinter capable lift.
Brennan Ruiz is friendly and professional. I had a software issue where the maximum speed limit was stuck on 55 mph. The other dealership wanted to charge me $300 to update the software - Brennan was able to fix it under warranty. I also really appreciate how Brennan and his mechanic Jose were able to track down and repair a persistent fluid leak. This is the kind of service that one would expect when they by an expensive Sprinter based RV. On our FB group, there are so many members who are disappointed with the service that they have been receiving from their local dealerships - if they're in the So California area, I've let them know about Walter's Mercedes Benz Sprinter Facility in Riverside. Seriously, 5 stars! |

| Summary: I had an issue with my 2022 Mercedes sprinter. There was oil leaking on the ground from under the front passenger side. I scheduled an appointment and came in and Brennan Ruiz greeted me right away. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and got me checked in right away. It ended up that the turbo boost hose wasnt originally connected properly. They replaced it, washed my sprinter and sent me on my way within a couple of hours. I know there are exceptions to time waits when you are getting your vehicle repaired paired, but thankfully mine was not a big issue. The waiting area the beverage selections made me feel comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Mercedes of Riverside if you need to get your Mercedes serviced. Thank you again to Brennan Ruiz!! |

| Summary: I travel three hours to go to Walters Mercedes van service because they are a million times better than the local San Diego service center. You can get an appointment within a few days rather than months ahead. My only gripe on my last visit is even though I left my van for three days they didnt have time to look into the issue that I had been having with the van. They performed the service but not the intermittent problem that Id been having. |

| Summary: We own a Mercedes Sprinter Revel. It is highly modified. I went in for a Blind Spot issue. Brennan Ruiz was super to deal with. I had to pay for the diagnostic of the blind spot monitor. Yes, I totally agree since I had a Backwoods Bumper. I didn't feel that the modifications were my fault. There service was excellent and they even washed the beast. |

From the date of purchase and every single time I have to go get my car serviced absolutely amazing!!! I work for myself and my metris van is my main transportation so they absolutely no I needed to keep it cost-effective regarding the purchase and as well as every single time I take it to the service department I cant say enough!!! Brennan Ruiz in the service department has been my go to ROCKSTAR every single time Ive had my car serviced and Ive had it serviced four times. He tells me exactly what I need. He tells me exact time so I can get me back on the road to my main concern my job. Cant ask for anybody better and I think him very much every single time I see him I never purchased before from Walters until this van purchased but there after many friends have at their Porsche dealership in Riverside and their Porsche dealership in Ontario, many friends and family have because of all the kind words I have shared with them. |
