From the date of purchase and every single time I have to go get my car serviced absolutely amazing!!! I work for myself and my metris van is my main transportation so they absolutely no I needed to keep it cost-effective regarding the purchase and as well as every single time I take it to the service department I cant say enough!!! Brennan Ruiz in the service department has been my go to ROCKSTAR every single time Ive had my car serviced and Ive had it serviced four times. He tells me exactly what I need. He tells me exact time so I can get me back on the road to my main concern my job. Cant ask for anybody better and I think him very much every single time I see him I never purchased before from Walters until this van purchased but there after many friends have at their Porsche dealership in Riverside and their Porsche dealership in Ontario, many friends and family have because of all the kind words I have shared with them. |

| Summary: I drive all the way from the high desert to Walter's MBZ in Riverside to have my MBZ Sprinter serviced specifically there. The facility is amazing and spacious. Brennan Ruiz has been an outstanding service advisor for me the last 2 years. I highly recommend Walter's and Brennan Ruiz for work on your Sprinter. |

| Summary: My wife and I traveled across the country in our Grech Strada-ion with the check engine light coming on a couple times. When we stopped in the mid-west no one could pin-point the issue and resolve. We kept heading west. After getting referred to Walter's Mercedes by Grech we setup an appointment and Brennan Ruiz really did a great job of taking care of us - and yes they diagnosed the problem - EGR valve issue - and replaced it. And of course Brennan made sure that we had a thorough inspectioin, and the van was spotless (none of those squished bugs :) when we picked it up. It's great to be treated well by a company (Walter's and Mercedes) that takes personal/vehicle care to the next level.
