| Summary: With the shortage of vehicles to purchase, I was expecting long wait times, and horrible service. Since dealing with David Alcantar, it's been a pleasure to work with. When the website says it's available, it really is. Answers all questions, goes out of his way to do video presntations about the vehicles. So good, I purchased 4 vans from him this year. Even Jose, the lot porter is friendly and takes care of me. I don't mind travelling 8 hours away, as long as the customer serivice is great. |
