The dealership is clean and very accommodating. I received excellent service and was on my way in reasonably short time. The service advisor was knowledgeable and polite at all times.
I purchased the vehicle here and I have no reservations about recommending them for the the purchase or maintenance of a Mercedes Benz.

| Summary: Just want to give a positive review of Service performed on my 2021V at Walters MB Van Center in Riverside CA. Contacted them vis Online Chat to schedule B service and perform 3 recalls. Gave them the recall ID #s and they confirmed my appointment. work completed in 2 days and even sent me a video of the technician summarzing the vehicle inspection. Also provided a complementary vehicle wash. Highly recommend them. My Service Advisor was Brennan Ruiz. Ask for him. |

| Summary: I highly recommend Walter's Mercedes Benz sprinter facility. In particular, Brennan Ruiz and his tech partner Jose. I had tried a more local dealership and was very disappointed. Apparently, they only have 1 lift for Rv's and took about 3 weeks before returning my vehicle. I had asked about a tsb to correct an error displaying 55 mph speed limit and they said they could do it for $300. After waiting 3 weeks, the local dealership had not properly fix my vehicle and we had to cut our vacation short to return it to the dealership. They kept it another 3 weeks and it was still leaking. I contacted a forum member in New Jersey and he suggested that I give Walter's MB a try. He said to talk to Brennan Ruiz and Jose the shop foreman. I'm so glad that I did. Their sprinter only facility seemed to have about 6 lifts. I dropped it off on a Friday at the end of the day. They had several vehicles ahead of me, but by Tuesday am, they had diagnosed and repaired a leak in the transmission cooler line. They had cleaned the undercarriage to find it. It was ready to be picked up. I asked about the 55 mph tsb and they fixed that for free. I wanted to spend some money there in appreciation so I asked about getting an alignment. They ended up not even charging me for that as it was under a year and only 6000 on the odometer. Last thing that I want to mention is that they had the best communication that I have experienced. Very timely updates by text at every step of the process. They actually sent me a text wit a couple of videos showing and describing what they had discovered and how they had fixed it. They texted me when they had finished so quickly that I was able to make plans to pick it up that same day. When I picked it up, it had been washed. If you have not been happy with the way that your current dealership (in the So Cal area) has been treating you, then give Walter's MB a try. I was treated very well! | Summary: This is my second van purchase from Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside Sprinter Van Department. Isaid Barragan sales manager along with Tony Hajj in finance are wonderful honest men and always work diligently to take care of their clients. Isaid is always completley upfront and honest writing up and explanation the finance options and the contract! I couldn't be happier with both of my van purchases! They have a lifelong client with me as I will.never go anywhere else because there is no reason too when customer service is this exceptional!!!
