| Summary: I took my car in for normal maintenance after having made an appointment. Matthew White took care of me and I couldn't be more delighted. He said he would call me when it was finished if I decided to explore the area and that it should be about an hour. They were definitely busy that day. I decided to wait it out at the dealership and I had to stand the entire time because there were no empty seats. Luckily it did not take an hour and I was on my way. Matthew even handed me a free car wash coupon. Great visit and Matthew was very respectful of me and my time. |

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHUCK DENHAM if you're going to go to crown subru to purchase a vehicle. He's super laid back and make the process super easy and not stressful at all. He's not a pushy salesman and he actually treats you like a human instead of a $ sign and walks you through everything and answers any questions you have to ask. I've delt with a few car sales men at other dealerships before and they can make or break a sale but chuck made the process so smooth and confirmed. I give this man 5 and highly recommend you ask for him |
