| Summary: Mickey Dorsey was a phenomenal salesman. My aunt referred me to him (I am from Florida) and he worked out the PERFECT deal. Mickey was extremely patient, understanding and personable. I have even told my parents to go to Mickey when they are ready for a new car. 10/10 recommend Crown Subaru of TN and Mickey. |

| Summary: First off, the new location is great. A large lobby with plenty of space to stretch out and read, take care of some work, or just have a cup of coffee while you are waiting for your service. I wont take my car anywhere else and Matt White is the best. 10 out of 10!! |

| Summary: Please do not use my full name. When I arrived at Crown recently to have maintenance on my Subaru, I looked for Matt White. Matt has always been there to help me make sure my car is operating as it should. Now, I've done this 3-4 times, and he is always on track with helping the customers. I watch him; listen to how he treats others, and he is "across the board" excellent. |
