| Summary: I realized when looking back at my reviews that it seems I have been remiss in mentioning some of the staff I have had the pleasure of working with...Falicha Newton in particular was the attendant I interacted with when I brought my car in for my routine oil change prior to the most recent oil change of April 10, 2024. Falicha was great. Both she and Alexis Patton (April 10,2024 service agent) went over the report with me about my car when the oil change was complete...let me know the wear on my tires and brakes, just a good explanation of the general condition of the vehicle. |

| Summary: Service consultant Matthew White at Crown Subaru in Chattanooga is amazing. He was serving me when there were some complications (a chemical spill closed the dealership for half a day). Customers were backed up, impatient, and unfriendly. Matt kept his cool, did the best he could, and worked through the logjam. Matt is professional, friendly, and cool under heat. I will trust our Forester to no other dealership than Crown - and no other service consultant than Matthew White. |
