| Summary: My service took place last year, October 2021. I posted this then, but it seems it never posted:
Cody was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. I appreciate Cody touching base with me on the details of my cars needs so I could make informed decisions on which of the suggestions I would approve for this service. This is my 2nd Mercedes and Ive owned only Mercedes since 2015 because of the amazing detail and handling of these cars, but also for the incredible service.
My C350 ran and looked stellar upon completion. |

| Summary: I had a problem with the passenger seat in my 3 week old car. Cody Burt, my service advisor, was very good, but the answering service responsible for giving him messages I left was awful. When I left a message on Codys direct line he was extremely responsive, but when I left messages with the answering service, he never received them which made getting timely communication regarding my repair difficult. |
