| Summary: I recently took my car into service at this location due to a warning notice on the dash and the app. I was able to quickly and easily make an online appointment. Cody Burt was the service advisor I worked with. He was friendly, professional and explained things thoroughly. My wait time for the vehicle was minimal and the waiting area was nice. Overall it was a pleasant, easy experience. Highly recommend Cody and this service department. |

| Summary: I have been frequenting Walter's Mercedes Benz now for several years for automobile purchase and service. Whether it's sales, service, or customer service, it has always been top-notch! Specifically, Cody Burt and Brandon Monaco in the service dept. have always gone over and above (this phrase is overused, but applicable here) to ensure that my family and I were taken care of. I should mention that Walter's MB always worked with me by offering services free of charge and included it in my warranty, thank you! As Dean of the College of Business, I know what exceptional customer service is and how difficult it can be to deliver, but Walter's MB delivers, all the time. Keep up the great work!

| Summary: I had an amazing experience with Cody Burt, service specialist at Walter's MB Riverside. I got a flat tire from a rock slide going up a winding mountain road to Big Bear. I couldn't change the tire so I had to have it towed. I paid extra to get it towed to my dealer in LA but the tow truck driver delivered it to the wrong dealership--Riverside (70 miles from me). Cody put on a new tire at a fair price and even helped coordinate with MB Roadside to get my car towed to me the same day. He texted me with progress as well.
With all the hassles and expenses I incurred getting my flat fixed and car delivered, Cody went above and beyond to help me and to relieve as much stress as possible.
I had an outstanding experience with Cody Burt and Walter's MB and highly recommend them! |
