| Summary: Wasn't sure if I wanted to Benz or BMW (I know completely different cars). My husband and I had plans to look at both. Went to Benz first, met with Jon. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and what my perimeters were in buying/ leasing a vehicle. I loved the way to laid everything out for me to make a informed decision. His customer service was TOP NOTCH. Friendly and accommodating. I told him I was going to go across the street to look at the BMW. We went, and it wasn't the car we didn't like it was that the representative just wasn't up to par with the level of service I would have expected. I ended up coming back to Benz the next day to lease my vehicle and mostly because of Jon and him making it so easy to work with. Come to find out when we get up to finance dept. We knew the manager, our old neighbor Andy! That's when you just know your right where you belong. So happy to be a part of the Mercedes family. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! Thanks Jon and Andy!! |

| Summary: Phenomenal experience, and no funny business. Omar had the paperwork ready for the 2021 AMG GLE 53 before I arrived, and Andy was able to me out in less than 2 hours. I have shopped at the "bigger" MB Dealerships, but Walter's Riverside truly was a better experience. |
