| Summary: We had been looking for a new G63 for quite some time now, searching all over for just the right one. When I saw this dealership had one that matched our criteria we decided to make the hour and a half drive over to take a look. When we walked in we were met with Eddy Elsayed who greeted us with warmth and professionalism that immediately gave us the feeling we were dealing with a genuine person. He showcased a deep knowledge of the vehicle, and his passion for the brand was evident. Eddy had the car waiting for us outside before we even arrived. He listened attentively to our needs and answered any questions and concerns we had with the upmost confidence.
A special mention must also be made for Andy in the Finance department. Transparency is very important when it comes to the numbers, especially in the automotive industry, and Andy exemplified this principle. He walked us through every detail of the financing process with clarity, answering our questions with patience and ensuring that there were no hidden surprises. It was evident that customer understanding and satisfaction were his top priorities.

My experience with other dealers was frustrating and discouraging; huge mandatory add ons, pricey dealer fees, and major discrepancies with online descriptions. When I saw the vehicle at Walter's online, I thought the price and description were too good to be true, but I happened to be in the area and stopped in. I am SO happy I did. Raul Ayala in sales was kind, thorough, and eager to gain trust with his transparency. Andy Townes in finance was friendly and efficient. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I left with a beautiful SUV that's even better than I could have hoped for! Thanks Raul and Andy! |
