| Summary: I had a great experience here at Mercedes of Riverside. Brandi Fink was wonderful to deal with and I was very satisfied with the whole encounter.
I was a little apprehensive about traveling so far before we signed the paperwork, as I communicated with her over the phone and email and then traveled over seven hours to get to the dealership. Once I arrived, no details changed and even the trade-in of my car went smoothly as promised. That says a lot, as they never tried to take advantage of me.
Go here, ask for Brandi, and I’m betting you will leave happy in a new Mercedes - just like I did. |

| Summary: just leased a MB EQS 450 from WALTER'S MB Riverside. I hate to say it; but, I had a very nice experience in negotiating a lease. The salesperson, Brandi Fink, did an outstanding job in helping us make this decision. She is very knowledgeable and straight forward. She is very pleasant and trustworthy. Now, when have you ever heard that about a car salesperson!
BTW, Andy in finance was very efficient and thorough. There were no hidden costs. additional items were appropriately offered. When I declined, there were no issues.
The manager, Tito, was very pleasant and worked very hard to get the lease completed. What can I say, I took a new car home. |

| Summary: Ive been a customer at this particular dealership since 2018, when I purchased my first CLA 250. Ive always had really good customer service here at this location. I went in wanting to trade my car that I was financing and still owing money on it and I explained to Brandi Fink exactly what I wanted. Which was to get into a 2023 and still try to keep an affordable payment. The process was super easy and pretty quick. She was helping me out as much as she could and her manager as well. They were helping to take the pressure off me by making jokes, asking questions, etc. that did make this stressful process so smooth and calming. She was very personable and has been checking up on me every week or so to make sure everything is alright, which I really do appreciate. Thanks for another great experience at Walters! |

| Summary: Nov 19 Thanks to Brandi and Manager Tito for outstanding customer service. Brandi was friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. She pays attention to details. Manager Tito was outgoing and positive. They made purchasing a car very pleasant. Also, got us a great deal on MB. I would highly recommend calling Brandi. She makes the deal happen. Nov 20 First class all around. I received a follow up text from Christian, who delivered the vehicle day before. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He knew everything about the car. They detailed the car for us while we were in the purchase/financing process which was a nice treat. Sales staff was extremely helpful and friendly. |
