She listened carefully to our wants and began working with us. Shes a very professional woman and caring. She was honest and exceeded my mom and I expectations. She was personable and helped my mom and I out to the MAX. Initially we where both just looking.But Brandi was so awesome we both walked out your dealership with cars that day.
Also, Adam In finance was great guy! He helped my mom and I out with the closing part. He explained everything throughly. He and Brandi was very patient. Adam was professional and got the job done in timely matter. Your staff was very kind to my mom and I. Everyone spoke and asked if we needed water and snacks. They congratulated my mom and I when we both finished up in finance with Adam. It was really a great experience Ill say!
It was our first time in your dealership and we will be back and definitely will refer others to come buy with you guys. I also, like that you have women salesperson as well!
Overall, Brandi Fink is an amazing sales woman Please keep her around! She deserves a raise and saleswoman of the month or something because she really showed up and showed out.
