| Summary: I went in for an annual service check up and I was surprised to know I didn't need one just yet. Enrique was my service advisor guided me better of when I need to come back. We all know dealers always want to make thier money but he was very honest and instead he helped me just top off my oil.
I'm so glad I purchased my van here and will continue giving them my business with their service department. |

| Summary: I recently purchased an EQE. Christian Aparicio was my salesman and he was the best and made sure the car had everything I wanted and never once made me feel pressured. The coolant was a little low, no biggie I set an appointment and Alex Ramirez was my advisor. He was very helpful. He took the time to explain things to me, which I really appreciated. Apparently the car had a software update but he had me in and out within 2hrs. Thanks Walters team! |
