| Summary: I have been going to this dealership for almost 3 years now and everyone has been great always accommodating, personable and attentive! I must say Kelly Sandefur absolutely rocks!!! She makes you feel like you are her only client, is prompt with updates and goes out of her way to make you feel like a valued customer and friend! The little extras she adds to customer service go along way. I was having the absolute worst week the last time I had to drop my car off and she was so empathetic. She knew I liked dogs and blingand she surprised me with a bling keychain in the shape of a dogs paw! Those little extras go a long way especially when youre having a rough week! I HIGHLY recommend Walters Automotive!! |

| Summary: Great Extended Warranty Service My C300 has been trouble free for almost 7 years. I had purchased the 7 Year Extended Warranty and I am glad I did as I had a computer fail one month before the Warranty expires. Sam the Service Tech quickly found the problem and replaced the failing module. I am always confident that Walter's will keep my cars running in perfect condition. |
