| Summary: After contacting Alfonso via text/telephone, he promptly did a thorough video of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. This was most helpful as the distance to the dealership was almost two hours and I wanted to feel confident I had the right vehicle for me. Our negotiating via text-email and phone made everything easy for me to decide on the vehicle and what I wanted or did not want additionally. My only negative was an added cost I did not want at the Finance Dept that required numerous contacts to get removed and I am still waiting to see if it comes off. |

Big thanks to Alfonso Hernandez who was extremely friendly!! He really made the experience significantly better :) Thanks to the management there as well, esp Hae Lee who was also very helpful and nice! Will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know thats looking for a great deal on a Benz! |

| Summary: We had the pleasure test driving and purchasing our beautiful 2024 GLE 350 with salesman, Alfonso Hernandez. He made our time pleasurable without any pressure. We feel that he went through extra measures to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Alfonso was thorough till the end, explaining all the bells and whistles to our vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone that is in the market to purchase a vehicle. |
