| Summary: I'll start with that we have been a loyal customer of Walter's for 6+ years but after today I can tell you we will not be going back. I have never experienced poorer customer service from a manager no less. My husband and I stopped by Walter's Mercedes today as we were interested in possibly selling back our 2020 GLC300. We previously spoke with Elizabeth Flores back on 10/8/21 who evaluated our vehicle during a service appointment - after speaking with her manager they were willing to offer us $39,500. At the time, it wasn't the right time for us as we had a baby on the way. When we went back today, their manager Brett evaluated our car (which might I note, the only thing that changed was the mileage it increased by less than 1k) and quoted us $33k! I expected a slight difference due to any market adjustments but you're telling me my car depreciated $6500 over a course 3-4 months with the slightest increase in miles.. and to top it off, Brett couldn't even come out and talk to me himself - he sent a one of his younger/new sales associates to deliver the message. We stopped at a local dealership after leaving Mercedes' and they completed an appraisal as well which easily came in at $40k. Walter's is not what it use to be. |

| Summary: This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased at Walter'a Mercedes-Benz. I had the choice to go to Temecula for this last purchase, but changed my mind at the last minute because I have always experienced great customer service at Walter's so I knew I would be taken care of. This time was no different. Elizabeth Flores was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the effort to ensure that I would be happy with the purchase and worked hard to get me the deal I was comfortable with. I love my new 2022 E350, it is so beautiful and luxurious. I definitely recommend Walter's and Elizabeth Flores. |
