| Summary: Top Notch Dealership! From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, the staff (sales & service) is friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I originally purchased my Mercedes from Walters and have been getting it serviced there since. Their Service Dept is exceptional! The Service Advisors are always knowledgeable, and informative, especially my advisor Alex Ramirez. I never feel pressured, and I appreciate the recommendations for preventive maintenance. The techs are always meticulous and very thorough with their inspection and work. Will not ever go to another dealership! Keep up the good work Walters! Paper work was fast and and most details were handled before I even arrived at the dealership. Walters is simply the best. | Summary: Buying my new 2020 Sprinter van from Isaid Barragan at Walters was the easiest buying experience we have ever had. I spoke with Isaid over the phone and told him what I needed in order to make the purchase and he made it happen exactly as quoted. There were no tricks or hidden fees. I tried the Mercedes dealer near my home and they were not willing to do the deal so I drove 35 miles from my home to Walter's and am so glad I did. Thank you very much Isaid!!!
