| Summary: I worked with Isaid over the past couple days to work out a deal to purchase a Mercedes Sprinter Van. The process was done over the phone since I live in Las Vegas and the dealership is in Riverside California. I can say the whole process was smooth and pleasant, and Isaid was professional and trustworthy. I feel like I got a great deal and definitely did not feel taken advantage of like most of us feel when we buy a car. Walter's Mercedes-Benz is a wonderful dealership and I plan on doing business with them again. |

| Summary: Isaid AKA EZ was so genuine to work with! No fake BS. How refreshing! We handled everything over the phone and when me and my wife arrived, EZ greeted us out front. My van was washed, fueled and ready to go...and the hood was adorned with a bow. The paper work was quick and easy with no surprises! EZ then sent us to the Tony Hajj in finance who assisted us with the warranty info and final signing. This gentleman was also a true professional and refreshing to work with! I've got over 10k miles on my van and it has been an amazing work vehicle! BTW: My first provided service appointment was AMAZING! I arrived one hour early and while still seated in my van, the lady came over and greeted me by my name and said my scheduled service assistant will be right over. Enough said...

| Summary: I really enjoyed my visit and purchased of my new Metris 2020 at Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside. The entire Team was really helpful, friendly, have great knowledge of their vehicles, very patient and most importantly never put any pressure on me the entire time. This is a huge deal for me. Vehicle is amazing for my lifestyle which is building remodels and cycling. This vehicle will serve both purposes. I will go back for another vehicle in the future for my wife when finance permit. Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside are the best. |
