| Summary: After going to several dealerships and being ignored or looked down on I came across Walter's Mercedes-Benz in Riverside and was treated with the utmost respect. As soon as I entered their lobby I was greeted and helped by Selvin Pineda. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Selvin went above and beyond working with me and my family while I made up my mind on the vehicle for me. Selvin even went as far as taking time to personalize videos of vehicles he had shown me and sending them to me via text. It was his attention to detail that sold me and my family in closing the deal with him.
Overall, I had an amazing experience in this car dealership with Selvin Pineda as my sales consultant and Andy Towns working on the finance portion of the sale. They made my experience memorable and special even adding a bow to the car for pictures. Oh and of course delicious coffee and hot chocolate while completing paperwork. |

| Summary: First and foremost, I would like to thank Chris Rios. He was a very pleasant and professional salesperson. Never once did he attempt pressure me into a hasty or poor decision based on his sales goal. He let us test drive multiple vehicles and presented us with multiple financing and lease options. In the end, we found what was best for us and we purchased a very well appointed new vehicle.
I would also like to bright-line his sales manager and the finance manager. Once we made our decision the process moved along very fast. Moreover, they gave us top dollar for our trade!
The facility was clean and they had many ways to make a customer comfortable. Snacks, beverages, climate control, and comfortable seating.
I shall return to Walters, with this kind of service and price you cant go wrong. |
