He was very knowledgeable showing us the car and other options we had. Josh was very friendly and did not pressure us into buying anything. We only spent about two hours at the dealership and came home with our dream car. |

If you like to waste your time, have them screw up paperwork, and a surprise charge on your CC months after your purchase, this is definitely the dealer for you. Condescending staff that treat you like trash. Spend your money somewhere else, anywhere else. This dealer and Walter's as a group really specialize in making your experience like xxxx. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. |

| Summary: I bought a 2023 GLC 43 Coupe from this dealer in December 2022 however I have not received my registration plates and it is almost the end of March 2023. I texted my sales person Brandi for assistance and instead she told me to contact CAL DMV! What the xxxx, where is their outstanding customer service? The reason I returned to this dealership was I had a great experience with Andrew Wagner in 2016 buying a new MB. Now their customer service is so terrible that I will be going to Fletcher MB in Ontario when I buy my wife a new MB for her upcoming B-day. Never again will I buy anything from them. Dont buy your car from them because as soon as you purchase your vehicle from Walters MB in Riverside, youll never get any help again from anyone in that dealership unless you spend more money!!! So much regret in doing business with these people!!! |

| Summary: We bought a Mercedez Benz from here last year. The salesperson Andrew Wagner was very nasty. Last year when my husband went to store, Andrew Wagner said would give us a $3000 discount if make the purchase, but there was no discount at all ultimately. Worse still, he deceived us into giving him a 5-star by promising me a gas card. We never received the gas card also. We were fooled twice by Andrew Wagner. And the finance guy said we will have a free oil change if I buy extension insurance which we bought. But they refused the free oil change when my husband walked in today! We have bought many cars in other dealership stores, and never seen people do business like that. We don't feel be valued as a customer at all. This store has no service and no credibility at all. Be aware! |
