| Summary: I bought a new car for my 18 year old son to drive to school. Yes, a MB for his first car. You'd be proud of him for getting good grades in HS.
I worked with Carlos at Walters Mercedes Benz of Riverside to buy the new 2022 GLC300. Carlos was very friendly and very patient with my wife and I. We must have called, and even had multiple visits to get the right car for my son.
This is the 3rd MB car that I've bought from Walters. Why do we go back? They treat us like family and they also give good deals.
I recommend talking to Carlos or Morris. They will take care of you and get you the right car.

| Summary: My overall experience at Walter’s MBZ was amazing, and Morris Gaines played the biggest role in it. He was very responsive and communicated very clearly days before I went to the dealership to get my car. We had pretty much agreed on all details which made my visit to the dealership relatively quick and efficient. I would go back to Walters again and will definitely recommend this dealership and Morris Gaines to my friends and family. |
