| Summary: *****PLEASE READ****I recently went on to Walters Mercedes Benz website and was offered a evaluation of my trade-in. I entered the Vin number and was given a range from the KBB platform. Almost immediately my phone rang and a representative from Walter's was on the other end. A pleasant woman asked if I would like to schedule a VIP appointment to come in and look at the S-580 that I was looking at. Slightly reluctant, I asked about the trade in value that I was given (after all, I had not contacted them, she called me). She confirmed the information was correct, better yet that if it were in the condition that I said, it would go up a little over $100k. I agreed to come in. I drove to Walter's, passing a much closer dealership...approximately 1.5 hours. I was to meet with MORRIS, the internet manager. MORRIS was busy, but passed me to a very pleasant young salesman who took a great amount of time and effort to show me the two cars that I was interested in. Once all of the footwork was done, MORRIS again got involved, and that's when I was given a glimpse of what the contract numbers would look like. When I inquired why it seemed much higher than it should have been, I learned that they were only going to give me $85k. MORRIS told me that they don't even use the KBB platform. I stated all of the facts(their website gave me the pertinent details and that they followed up with a phone call and repeated the information given from there and even upped the price). MORRIS attempted to make reason but eventually suggested that I speak with the finance manager. I was done with the whole thing but he insisted. I agreed, and once again stated the facts to(insert name here?). I got the same regurgitated speech, and he used the term "bate and switch", which is what happened, but I have never used the term in my life. He seemed all to comfortable with it. All I could do was suggest that they fix the problem. Once given the facts, he did admit that there was a problem, especially because there was telephonic human interaction that confirmed the price offered. I went across the street to look at the Audi RS-6(that I wasn't going to make a move without looking at first), where they gave me what originally was offered from Mercedes Benz. I really had no intention of buying from there either because they are owned by the same parent company. What a pleasant difference in an experience from the Audi dealer! I think that the folks at the Mercedes Benz dealer gets so used to the idea that people want to buy what they have. And as a consumer, I hope that you feel more like I do, and that you want an honest dealing. I hope that you don't want the car so bad and have so much money that you are willing to sacrifice it for no reason. Thank you for reading! |

| Summary: Selvin Pineda and Morris Gaines were the sales people I worked with and they were both outstanding. The dealership is immaculately clean, all staff is friendly and welcoming and they had lots of inventory on the lot. This was the best car buying experience Ive had in 25 years. |

Morris is warm and kind and spends as much time as needed to make sure you get the vehicle right for you. No pressure, no pushing. This is our first, but will not be our last Mercedes and well always buy from Walters! |

| Summary: If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not give these guys the benefit of your business. I was in the market for a CPO GLE 63S. I found one through CarGurus.com at Walter's and was priced virtually the same as 2 others listed on line but was closer to my house. After making an on line inquiry to see if the car was still available, I was assured that it was and received numerous follow-up emails and phone calls from their Sales Team to try and get me to come in for a test drive. A week and a half later, I called to let them know I would be able to make it over the Memorial Day weekend. I called the morning of Memorial Day to once again make sure the car was available before making the 45 min drive out to Riverside. Once again, I was told it was. 25 min into my drive out to Riverside, I received a call from Morris who told me that the car was not ready for sale and was still "in service and up on the racks" and not even available for viewing. But Morris, I said, the CPO certificate is posted on line along with the CarFax showing the VIN number. Morris just said, "don't know what to tell you". I sent an email to Sean Davisson, General Manager, and told him I expected a response and an explanation. Of course no response. 2 weeks later and Morris is calling me back to see if I'm still looking for a car. And guess what, the car is still listed on line but now is priced $7k more than it was when I tried to take a look at it. I ended up finding the car I wanted at another Mercedes dealer for the same original asking price as Walter's with an extra year of original warranty left so it worked out for me. Ended up getting a good price on an extended warranty as well. That's good karma. Don't do business with these guys unless you want to get ripped off. |

| Summary: Walter's Mercedes is hands down THE BEST Mercedes dealer. More specifically Morris Gaines (sales) is amazing. This was my family's second car from him. He was/is patient and extremely responsive even when had to call him literally 5x a day to get clarity on paperwork etc. It takes me 2 hours to get to Walters from Los Angeles but for all my oil changes and for the buying of my second car it is always worth the trip. The customer service there is un-parallel. Yes, I've been to the Beverly Hills service and showroom but it's simply not the same. If you are looking to buy a car go to Walter's Mercedes and speak directly to Morris Gaines you'll be glad you did. Promise. |

In our early 50s, well dressed, and very capable to purchase a Mercedes. When we walked in, we found it strange we werent greeted by the receptionist since we were the only ones who walked in and she wasnt on the phone. We decided to wait a bit and began looking at a black SUV inside the showroom. My husband and I noticed a man sitting inside a white car in the showroom, we smiled and said a quick hello, but thought nothing of it. Eventually, the receptionist asked if we needed help and we said, yes. Before she could call someone, a salesman by the name of Morris Gaines noticed what was happening and offered to help us. From here on out, our experience went beautifully. Morris was honest and patient with my husband and I. He showed us a variety of cars and wasnt upset when we decided to purchase a used car rather than new. Once we decided on the car, we went to the finance person Michael G. He was also amazing. He made the long and tedious process of buying a car seamless. Back to the beginning of this process, the person sitting in the car when we first walked in, we later found out, was the manager! If we had of made a decision about this place based on our very first interaction, this review would be very different. Morris, Michael, and Barkley, saves the day. I really cant express enough how wonderful these men were. They were kind, helpful, and patient. At the end of the day, we walked out purchasing a 2019 GLS 550 and we are extremely happy with the process and the purchase. Id give this review 5 stars however, our initial experience made it a 4 star. In the future, Id suggest the management team should assume whomever is walking in the door is a potential client and treat EVERYONE with respect. Not just ones with less melaninmoney is the same no matter the color of the owner. Thank you Morris, Michael and Barkley you 3 are the best. |

| Summary: I went to this dealer with no intent in driving off with a new vehicle, but Morris Gaines made this such an amazing experience it was hard not to. He had all the patience in the world and answered every question I had. I was stuck between two cars and he helped weigh out my options without being pushy. I could not thank him enough! Im extremely satisfied with not just this experience but with my new car as well. Definitely coming back to him! |
