| Summary: Went shopping at Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside this past weekend. Rami Jaouhari showed my daughter and I a few cars I had been researching online. Rami was very informative on each car's features and was able to answer all of my questions. I actually left the dealership to do some thinking and returned the next day to pick my next car. Rami was great through the entire process and to add, things just got better when I met with Michael Georgie in the finance department. Once again, full of information and made the process smooth and painless. I will definitely be returning to Walter's Mercedes and working with Rami and Michael again. |
