| Summary: Rami Jaouhari was our salesperson at Walters Mercedes in Riverside. We had been to 2 other dealerships but felt the management was too pushy and borderline rude. So glad we drove to Riverside as the entire process was so smooth and all because of Rami. He has a lovely personality. No stress or headaches. He answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. We were out of there in 2.5 hours. Rami, thank you for an excellent Mercedes buying experience. |
