| Summary: I went to a different Mercedes dealership first. And was disappointed with their customer service. However at Walters Mercedes Benz of Riverside I was given excellent service! Especially by my boy Alfonso Hernandez. If you are looking for a salesmen that with great customer service skills I recommend you go to him. He will help you with any questions even after you buy the car. |

| Summary: I was so happy to drive out of that dealership in my new GLA. Alfonso Hernandez explained the entire process to me and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I was torn between two cars and he demonstrated all the features in both cars so I can make the best decision for me and my family. I would have regretted getting a smaller car such as the CLA. I will be recommending him to my friends and family! |
