| Summary: This is my first Mercedes. But I was left with no words. Not only because the car is BEYOND BEAUTIFUL but the service I was given by Alfonzo and the rest of the team was beyond amazing. I went in with a certain number $$ for a car purchase and I received an even better deal and was able to leave with my dream car. The service, their process their smiling faces made it so much easier to do the purchase and definitely stress free!!!

When I initially came to look at my options because i was very indecisive of what to get he showed me a few options and was able to test drive them, he did not pressure me at all and gave me more then enough time to figure out what I wanted to do before making a purchase. He reached out a few times incase I had any other questions which made me feel that he cared about my future purchase, I felt really comfortable with him so I decided to go back after 2 weeks. I came in and he explained everything on my purchase and was able to help me through the whole process. Hes very friendly, patient and communicates effectively which is key to everything.
