I am a returning customer....its been a while, but coming back to deal with Walters was a no-brainer! For nearly 20 yrs, between 1990 and 2009, I was a customer with Walters, buying & servicing 4 vehicles, so returning was a no-brainer! |

| Summary: These gentlemen helped me a lot since day 1 on my search buying my next dream car. Eddy did all the prep and documentation needed, Emil and Blake made it happened on the day of purchase. Emil helped me to work and achieve my target monthly payment. Blake explained technical and safety features of the car, helped me to set it up also and answers my call right away even after purchase. Justin went an extra mile to further look on possible option to lower down monthly payment and explained everything document I need to sign. Even though the purchasing itself is stressful especially when it comes to money matters, but they made it easier for me. More power and thanks to all of you! |

| Summary: Morris Gaines and Emil Iltchi did an amazing job and made our purchase fast and simple. Very honest and straight forward. Justin Campbell took great care of us in finance as well. Austin Schneider in service took care of the item promised at time of purchase and did an amazing job. I was kept up to date while it was in their care. All in all a great experience, and definitely a great dealership. I work in the auto industry and did my homework before going to Walter's. They by far had the best inventory, best prices, and cleanest used Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the Inland Empire, and beyond. believe me I looked. If you are in the market definitely stop by and see them. |

| Summary: It started with their website. I saw a car I liked and within a few minutes I got a call from Walters to set up a meeting. We got a very warm welcome and John Shelly our sales guy was very nice. There was no haggling over my trade in value. They gave me the high end of the KBB value. The deal was too good to pass up and we loved our new Mercedes. Great experience overalls. They emphasize family relationship and treated us like family. |

| Summary: Upon my arrival to the dealership, I was impressed by its appearance. It stood out among group of dealerships. Prior to my visit, I had been sent a video of a certain auto I identified on line and it was positioned in clear view. I was met at the door by a sales person named Ted Schwartz. He delivered impeccable service. Ted presented information in a detailed manner. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I highly commend Ted Schwartz for delivering an outstanding presentation. He sold me my newest Mercedes. The general manager, Emil, was very polite and attentive. |
