| Summary: Terrible experience. Spoke to Carlos and Raul. Carlos was helpful. Raul told me he'd do a certain price if I came in as I was already at Ontario MB. So I drove 30 minutes to see Raul here at MB of Riverside. As soon as I arrive he asks "are you here to buy or just see it because you know we close at 9?" Frustrated, but wanting the car, I said yes I'm here to buy. He takes me to his desk and refuses to show me the car because "it's late" and he wants to start paperwork fast. At that point I figured if I'm buying a 50k car I'm not going to be disrespected like this. No way you're getting my business when you're rushing me and not letting me see the car. Don't come to this dealership, or Atleast don't work with Raul. Kid needs some manners and customer service training. |

| Summary: I had the most amazing service experience of my life at Walters Mercedes. In my life dealerships work really hard to sell you a car but then dont care when you have problems after you leave the lot. This is not the case with Walters Mercedes. I had an issue shortly after I bought beautiful GLE 350 and Michael Ramos in service and Raul Ayala in sales worked just has hard as they did when the sold me the car to get my issue fixed. Big thanks to everyone at Walters that helped to get the situation resolved. |

| Summary: Its only been 6 months in owning my beautiful GLB 250 and its all thank you to Raul! He was awesome through the whole process! I love my car! I feel super safe in it.
BUT Recently, I did go in for my first A1 service.. to get an oil change and to my surprise I came out with an almost $600 bill at the end of the appointment. The video of the inspection was not thorough which makes me wonder what did they really do? They switched out my windshield wipers ( that were just fine) without giving me a choice to do so which racked up the pricing and I did not appreciate that.
I dont mind the upkeep on the car but when things are done slyly that are lot needed I start to question everything. Next time I would appreciate if someone goes over fees and needed procedures first before any action.
Other than that I have no other concerns. |
