| Summary: Buying a vehicle can be a slow and painful process, but Im thankful that I was able to work with Gordon Lai and the team at Walters to buy my new van. Even the finance discussion (usually one of the worst parts in buying a car) with Toni Hajj was a great experience. Totally professional, efficient service. I never felt like I was being sold something that I didnt want or need. Gordon was prompt and thorough in his communication. And while Im not usually a fan of video emails, Gordons video emails were super helpful in being able to understand a few key features.

| Summary: I worked with Isaid over the past couple days to work out a deal to purchase a Mercedes Sprinter Van. The process was done over the phone since I live in Las Vegas and the dealership is in Riverside California. I can say the whole process was smooth and pleasant, and Isaid was professional and trustworthy. I feel like I got a great deal and definitely did not feel taken advantage of like most of us feel when we buy a car. Walter's Mercedes-Benz is a wonderful dealership and I plan on doing business with them again. |

| Summary: I would like to give a shout out to David Alcantar for all his help! We purchased a 4x4 Sprinter Passenger Van! Davids knowledge of the vehicle in explaining how all the options function was excellent! We have purchased many new vehicles in our time, but this was by far the most pleasurable experience ever! | Summary: Isaid AKA EZ was so genuine to work with! No fake BS. How refreshing! We handled everything over the phone and when me and my wife arrived, EZ greeted us out front. My van was washed, fueled and ready to go...and the hood was adorned with a bow. The paper work was quick and easy with no surprises! EZ then sent us to the Tony Hajj in finance who assisted us with the warranty info and final signing. This gentleman was also a true professional and refreshing to work with! I've got over 10k miles on my van and it has been an amazing work vehicle! BTW: My first provided service appointment was AMAZING! I arrived one hour early and while still seated in my van, the lady came over and greeted me by my name and said my scheduled service assistant will be right over. Enough said...

| Summary: Never owned a Mercedes! Never knew they built the Sprinter, until I meet an owner. Always thought Mercedes built luxury cars, Not work vehicles. So when I learned about the Sprinter,I thought, I hope this is not like the Ford, or Dodge, or Nisson we were looking at. I cannot except front wheel drive, unibody, for a work truck. I tow trailers, for my jobs, with weight in them, need somthing strong,durable, and half / way good mileage. Showed up Monday morning at 8:00 O'clock to look over the Sprinter, Low and behold, Isaid Barragan, sales person already there. Some body forgot to tell him, sales people don't show up untill 10:00 O'clock. OK show me what you have. 3-4 weeks later we bought a 144"wheel base V-6 Diesel. 2500 hundred crew cab 2015. WE are very pleased and feel extremly happy about the deal. Much can be said, but we checked prices with other M-B dealers, even showed paper work. No one could match the Price. We will do it again. Thank You Isaid,David, Tony,and Glenn for this deal. Even meet MR,Walter,talked for 20 min, Sincerely Paul & Isabel
