| Summary: I had an awesome experience at this Mercedes-Benz dealership in Riverside, California! I went to the auto repair department to see if they could fix a lock issue for one of my cars doors. It was super easy to make an appointment over the phone. They have great customer service and the people there are happy to serve their guests!
As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and given instructions as to the next steps. JR Rodriguez was super knowledgeable and patiently explained every detail to me. He was super professional and polite. He was very personable and made my experience a great one!
The staff members whom checked-in my car, were kind enough to let me borrow their phone cable and allowed me to charge my phone on one of their desks. I later discovered that they have outlets to charge phones in their lounge area. :)
The lounge area was clean and practical with so many good snacks to welcome guests and owners of Mercedes cars! They have a TV, a little store where you can shop while you wait, coffee and tea. Let me tell you about the coffee it is SUPER DELICIOUS! They have a Revolution espresso coffee machine that makes coffee in several styles, and its REALLY GOOD! I chose the vanilla latte, and I highly recommend it!
I was also impressed with the nice, collectible cars that were displayed in this dealership! One of the staff members in the showroom, was really friendly and approached me. He taught me that the cars with the 63 emblem, typically indicate that its an AMG model, and were special because the AMG engines were built by one man, single-handedly; under the philosophy of One Man, One Engine.
I had a great day, over all, at the Mercedes dealership! Lastly, I got to chat with JR Rodriguez, again, as he gave me the results for my car-repair analysis. He was really helpful! Thanks to him and all of the nice staff, I felt welcomed and will definitely be back, if I need their service, again! |
