| Summary: I would like to commend Kevin Bolden, General Sales Manager, at Walter's Audi of Riverside. He provided a warm welcome and connected me with a top-notch salesman, Joshua Johnson. Mr. Bolden assured me that Joshua would take good care of me and he was absolutely correct! Working with Joshua, directly, and Kevin, indirectly, was truly a winning combination. The dynamic duo was in the building. They provided me with a feeling of complete satisfaction as I went through each phase of the car-buying process. Audi management won the prize with these two. Employees are a true reflection of the company that employs them. Mr. Bolden and Mr. Johnson are representing Walter's Audi of Riverside well. Their mantra must be, "Customer service is priority #1," because I left the dealership feeling totally ecstatic with the purchase I had just made. | Summary: My entire experience at Walter's Audi of Riverside was superlative. From start to finish, Joshua Johnson was extremely cordial and ensured that all of my questions were answered. He also made it a point to check-in throughout the process so he could gauge whether or not I remained comfortable with my decision to purchase a new 2024 Audi Q3! Joshua took time to set up and review the MyAudi app. Then, he patiently waited while I transferred my belongings from the old vehicle to the new one and even offered to help! Superior and extraordinary customer service were definitely a priority. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, Joshua definitely would receive that rating!
Thanks Joshua Johnson for making the car buying process seamless and enjoyable! Walter's Audi of Riverside is fortunate to have you on their sales team, as you are truly an asset to the company. | Summary: Great experience buying here and working with Joshua Rambow. We just walked on the lot and looked around first (old school with no appt.) and it was nice that no one came rushing up to start sales pitching but gave us space. One price on all vehicles made it easier not to haggle with hours long negotiating. Joshua Rambow was extremely informative and immediately sent info. on the vehicle we wanted and video emails with a video virtual tour when the vehicle came in. Very impressive and professional. After purchase Joshua gave us an orientation on the vehicle and the guy never stuttered. Very satisfied with our experience and this Audi dealership has way more inventory than other Audi dealerships. |

| Summary: What a pleasant experience in buying an Audi from Walter's Audi. I worked with Blake and he was just wonderful. He knew the vehicle inside and out, made the buying process effortless, and not once did I feel pressured or forced into making any decisions I was uncomfortable. In fact, just the opposite, Blake was easygoing, extraordinarily knowledgeable and gave me time to ask questions and make an informed purchased decision. BTW, I bought used and the vehicle was immaculate and priced well below market and other dealers - just a lovely car. I can emphatically recommend Walter's Audi and will definitely work with Blake again when I purchase my next vehicle. |
