| Summary: Walter's Audi was awesome and a special shout out to Dennon & Daylon. I made the trip from NorCal cause I liked one of the cars in their inventory. They were prompt in responding, kept in touch with my flight schedule and ensured the car was ready for a test drive when I arrived. Dennon went the extra mile in being with us while we took the car out for a pre-purchase inspection as well. He was knowledgeable, patient, didn't push for a sale and just helpful all around.
When I had a few questions about retrofitting dual pane windows for the car, he introduced me to a service supervisor to confirm my questions. He also took me to the service department when I had a few questions about the car's history and recalls (if any). At no point did I feel I was being pressured.
I can only attest to the quality of their sales department, not their finance or service department. |

I just got a call from a sales manager after sending an inquiry last night. And followed up by Dennon Whaples who answered my various questions and helped my decision to drive 1 hour to visit the dealer. The test driving and following details information check running smoothly. I and my wife are very satisfied with Dennons professional and quick process to complete our purchase. We feel very trustable and confident to make our purchase decision.
I also want to mention is the office environment of the dealer is so beautiful! With fantastic coffee machine. The financial process is mostly done in electronic way, which is pretty simple and fast.
