| Summary: Had a great experience at Walters Audi In Riverside. We live in LA and we drove all the way there because they had the model I wanted in stock. First Daylon was very communicative and proactive in letting me know what was coming in.
Then when I arrived Joshua Johnson was great in being patient, transparent and just plain nice with the whole process. Thanks to Brett and Lenard for being quick and efficient with all the paperwork.
Overall I had a great experience at Walters Audi and one of the best dealer experiences I ever had! I will certainly be back when the lease runs out of this car for another Audi at Walters. |

| Summary: My husband and I purchased our Audi Q7 at Walters Audi. We made an appointment with Dennon Whaples and when we arrived he had the vehicle pulled up to the front. He took us for a test drive and explained the features of the Q7 and also all the safety perks. The car was exactly what we were looking for. Once inside he was able to bring us to the payment we were looking for without the hassle of going back and forth. We purchase the car from Dennon and left with a good deal since we had been shopping around. He was very helpful during the car buying experience and answering any follow up questions. I would recommend Dennon. 10/10 |
