He was very Knowledgeable and cared about our interests. Ryan Gonzalez made the process easy. No pressure, we didn't feel rushed and I was very surprised how quickly we were done, about 2 hours! | Summary: I had an excellent experience at Walter’s Audi in Riverside, from the moment I walked on to the lot till the end of my transaction.
I was approached by Ryan Gonzalez, initially as I was perusing the lot. There was no high pressure, which I appreciated. He was very kind and courteous. I was not sure about purchasing the car that day but he stayed in touch with me over the next few days. On the day that I decided to come by with my husband, Ryan was not working but assured me that I would be taken care of by Joshua Rambow. Joshua was also very kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He guided us through the purchasing process with ease. Joshua also walked us through the car technology and answered questions we had in the moment and made it clear that we could reach out at any time with questions.
I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. |

He hooked me up immediately with a potential replacement, of which there were almost none within 300 miles. He assisted me in evaluating my old, "deceased" car. I was able to make the purchase within a week. Everything went smoothly and quickly. He did a great job - I could not be more satisfied. |

| Summary: We recently purchased a 2022 Audi Q7 from Walters Audi and are very satisfied with their service. The team members at Walters are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to help their customers. They all are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan was our sales rep and he went beyond to help us doing the purchase of the new vehicle.. he made the process so simple and easy that it only took a few hours to complete the process. We went with no intention to buy a car and only to pick up my older Audi from service department but the brand new 2022 Q7 caught our eye and we ended up purchasing it in less than a heartbeat. Ryan is very knowledgeable and helpful. His passion for sales have made him a great peoples person. We have been going to Walters Audi for new purchase and all service for the last 15 years and highly recommend Ryan is your point of contact for sale..
