| Summary: Forget about customer service as soon as you walk away from the dealership. Ryan stopped responding to some simple questions the very next day after the purchase. Was planning to buy a new etron as well, glad figured the bad service early.

Ryan Gonzalez was the salesman who helped me with my purchase and he was very kind, professional, knew all about the car and made the sales process as easy as it gets. I also sold them my car and felt treated like a great customer. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially working with Ryan for anyone who wants to purchase a new or used Audi.
