| Summary: Stacy Samuel is my service advisor at Walters Audi Riverside. Stacy and her team are excellent. I came in for a 30000 mile oil change and discovered I might have a potential problem after explaining to Stacy some of the symptoms I was having when making a right turn from a complete stop my tire felt like it shuddered. . I initially thought it was just me. Stacy listened and stated that we should look into it. Stacy and her team resolved my problem and her suggestion to do a treatment to rid the engine of excessive carbon deposits made a huge difference in my acceleration.
Ive been an Audi member since 2004.
