Henry, the service advisor on top of his game with the efficiency and professinalism. They had a loaner for me on short notice and completed the repairs within 2 days. Great job Porsche Riverside. |

| Summary: Service was to upgrade software for 2 recent recalls for my 2022 Porsche TayCan GTS. Service advisor Henry Quezada was excellent in explaining details of the recalls. He then arrange for a loan of a service vehicle. I was most impressed with all aspects of the service. The TayCan service was completed and the car was returned to me in clean condition within the time period specified. I appreciated the excellent service and detailed information provided by Henry Quezada. |

Henry Quezada went above and beyond to help me with a simple and quick solution to my keyless entry when an oc porsche dealership said it couldnt be programmed. Thank you Henry!!! I will be back!
