He was friendly, funny, and went out of his way to always answer questions quickly and accurately. He was there for the entire process and clearly a hard worker. I was impressed. The Riverside staff was incredibly friendly and fun to work with as well. Thank you, Jessie for making this experience a positive one to remember!
Side note: Although Austin Day wasn't my sales rep, he was also very helpful and even helped put on my clear side markers.

| Summary: Austin Day is an awesome car relationship manager. I don't want to lump him into the car salesperson category. He's young, but excellent. He knows his business and takes great care of his clients from first contact. I was looking for a Porsche Macan for my wife. I'm a pretty savvy and experienced car person. I have been in, and own a financial services company for 35 years. So, money and customer service are at the top of my list. I live about 75 miles away from Porsche Riverside, so there are numerous dealerships that could have earned my business. But, they were lacking great salespeople. There are 2 dealerships within 20 minutes of my home, but they seemed not to want my business. To sum things up, both Austin and Porsche Riverside are awesome. I too drive a Porsche and went to Northern California to buy mine. Had I known about Austin and Porsche Riverside, I would have purchased from them. They will definitely get my future business and that of the people close to me.

| Summary: Great experience with Porsche Riverside, and especially Austin Day. We came in from out of state to shop due to large inventory the dealership carries, and werent disappointed. Austin was very knowledgeable and patient as we sorted through the various options for both new and certified preowned Cayennes. We ended up purchasing a great 2024 that will be perfect for us. Definitely a great experience, and Id recommend contacting Riverside Porsche for out of state purchases. They could have taken care of everything remotely for us too, but it was great to go in person too. Well worth the trip. |

| Summary: Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and went over and above to make sure my experience was first class. I have never worked with an auto dealership that was as helpful while making sure I was comfortable with my purchase.
Special credit should go to Austin day. He spent well over an hour showing me all of the features of the car I purchased. That was a first and I have purchased many cars over the past 60 years. |

He also has some awesome snacks that he shared with us. These minor touches all enhanced the overall experience of buying a car from Austin.
