| Summary: Austin Day did an excellent job. I have never had a salesman do as thorough a job Using videos to introduce me to the car before our appointment. The fact that I did not buy is not due to anything he did, or didnt do. The Cayenne just does not measure up from a ride standpoint to the Mercedes GLS 63 AMG that I already have. I just couldnt bring myself to replacing what I already have, and spending a significant amount of money for something that I would not like the ride as well. |

Thanks to his quick response and detailed information, I was able to ascertain exactly what I needed about the car, and thanks to Austin, the next day, he offered to meet me at the San Bernardino airport in his own model of the exact same car, and we went through all my long list of questions.
