| Summary: This is our 3rd car we have purchased at this Porsche dealership. Each time we have ordered a custom vehicle. The experience has always been wonderful, from ordering to pickup. The car was ready for us today when we arrived, and we were in and out rather quickly. My son was able to get something from the gift shop which made the wait a little easier for him. The staff has always been incredibly helpful and kind. |

| Summary: Came in after seeing the cheapest CPO Cayenne in the country listed here. Made an appointment with Eric, came in, test drove with Juan, negotiated very mildly (just to offset the cost of the LoJack), and purchased shortly after. Juan was super friendly, laid back, and was completely no-pressure. With Alex, no hidden games or gimmicks at the finance table either. 5 star purchase experience.
The Cayenne did have a few minor quirks that needed to be addressed. PPF on driver's side headlight was gashed. There was a rattling in the dash that was intermittent at higher speeds. And also the car pulled slightly to the right when driving on a flat road.
Worked with William as my SA. He was fantastic. Initially, I thought it would be a disaster of a service experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have been used to getting the "cannot reproduce the problem" or "everything working as intended" doors shut in my face from my past BMW ownership experience, but they actually did address most everything on my list.
We went 50/50 on redoing the PPF on the front headlight. I took the shop foreman for a drive and he heard some slight rattles, and afterwards, he had his guys open up the dash and start felt taping stuff, so I guess it worked. The alignment issue/pulling to the right ended up being the fact that one rear-right tire was significantly smaller (2 mm?) than the one on the rear-left, which I agreed to leave alone until the next tire change. They also removed a long piece of paper towel that someone had embedded in the dash for some reason.
The service took about 4 days, but I had a loaner base Macan in that time, which was great as well. Loaner experience was excellent overall.

| Summary: I always do quite a lot of pre-work before I set foot in the dealership. In this case, I didn't need most of it. The employees know exactly what they need to know, and the whole process is very smooth.
Our sales-person was Angel, he's fairly new at this dealer, and he's a great guy to work with. He knows his stuff, and he's not a high-pressure sales-person. My wife and I both test drove the car we were interested in, and definitely needed Angel's help with setting everything up for the drive. As a side note, any questions we had that he didn't immediately know the answer for, he made sure to follow up after we got back to the dealer.
And thanks to Eric, the sales manager, for working with us to confirm everything we were looking for.
The post-sales experience is quick and easy. VERY little paperwork, and the lease contract is done with DocuSign. Thanks to Adam in the finance dept. for making the process quick and easy.
As you would expect with buying a high-end car, the delivery process is top notch. You're not just handed the keys, you're presented with your new vehicle. Alexis helped us set up our Porsche account and getting the app installed and working on our phones. After that was complete, both Angel and Alexis made sure to answer any and all of our questions before we drove off.
This was our first Porsche. And even with the reading I did prior to visiting the dealer, there is a LOT of things to learn about these cars. So many configuration options and settings. But their team has you covered, especially with the phone integration and main screen options.
I walked in knowing the specific car I wanted to see/drive, it was a special lease offer, and left with it the same day. Overall a GREAT experience. |
