| Summary: This is a review of Tony Nguyen and our experience with him during our recent visit. In short, we couldnt have been happier with our experience.
We were a few hours away when we first contacted him about a specific car and although we would be arriving a few hours after he was slated to be off, he told us hed stay in order to take care of us. We were interested in two separate cars and he had both washed and ready for a test drive when we got there. We didnt feel any sense of pressure from Tony. He was patient and answered any and all questions we had. Once we were back inside he handled all the paperwork efficiently and we were done before we knew it.
Ive bought my fair share of cars, motorcycles, bicycles, boats..you name it. Our experience with Tony was among the best weve ever had with any of them. It truly was as seamless and pain free as a vehicle purchase could ever be. If youre in the market for a Porsche I highly recommend dealing with Tony. Were glad we did.
I also want to mention Adam, the gentleman whom Tony passed us on to to finish up all the paperwork. This is sometimes the dreaded portion of the transaction.the part where youre waiting to be sold every type of extended warranty imaginable..and another warranty to cover the previous warranty!!!. None of that here. He explained several options, but at no time did we feel the pressure or experience the sour attitude weve gotten at other dealerships when you pass on buying something. (And even without the pressure he did a good enough job explaining things to us to where we DID buy the wheel tire coverage).
So very long story short, these guys did great. A+ |

I have been working with Sherman for over four years and he has always answered every question, never treated me like a tire kicker and always held a professional approach to my endless inquiries, even when I bought from a different dealer if he couldnt get the car I wanted. Finally, he was able to locate the perfect car and get everything dialed in for me. Sherman is my Porsche salesman for life! |

| Summary: I spoke to Tony Nguyen Wednesday morning, Riverside was the 4th actual Porsche dealer I called. Tony worked me a deal within 90 minutes. He was helpful, friendly, so knowledgeable and by far the best saleman I have talked to at any Porsche dealership. Mostly he was extremely respectful and didnt make me beg and haggle for days, like the others to work it out.
I have 3 dealers within a 15 mile radius from me but it was a please to drive the 1.5 hours to deal with Tony. Worth every second. Thank you again! |

| Summary: I always do quite a lot of pre-work before I set foot in the dealership. In this case, I didn't need most of it. The employees know exactly what they need to know, and the whole process is very smooth.
Our sales-person was Angel, he's fairly new at this dealer, and he's a great guy to work with. He knows his stuff, and he's not a high-pressure sales-person. My wife and I both test drove the car we were interested in, and definitely needed Angel's help with setting everything up for the drive. As a side note, any questions we had that he didn't immediately know the answer for, he made sure to follow up after we got back to the dealer.
And thanks to Eric, the sales manager, for working with us to confirm everything we were looking for.
The post-sales experience is quick and easy. VERY little paperwork, and the lease contract is done with DocuSign. Thanks to Adam in the finance dept. for making the process quick and easy.
As you would expect with buying a high-end car, the delivery process is top notch. You're not just handed the keys, you're presented with your new vehicle. Alexis helped us set up our Porsche account and getting the app installed and working on our phones. After that was complete, both Angel and Alexis made sure to answer any and all of our questions before we drove off.
This was our first Porsche. And even with the reading I did prior to visiting the dealer, there is a LOT of things to learn about these cars. So many configuration options and settings. But their team has you covered, especially with the phone integration and main screen options.
I walked in knowing the specific car I wanted to see/drive, it was a special lease offer, and left with it the same day. Overall a GREAT experience. |
