| Summary: I always do quite a lot of pre-work before I set foot in the dealership. In this case, I didn't need most of it. The employees know exactly what they need to know, and the whole process is very smooth. Our sales-person was Angel, he's fairly new at this dealer, and he's a great guy to work with. He knows his stuff, and he's not a high-pressure sales-person. My wife and I both test drove the car we were interested in, and definitely needed Angel's help with setting everything up for the drive. As a side note, any questions we had that he didn't immediately know the answer for, he made sure to follow up after we got back to the dealer. And thanks to Eric, the sales manager, for working with us to confirm everything we were looking for. The post-sales experience is quick and easy. VERY little paperwork, and the lease contract is done with DocuSign. Thanks to Adam in the finance dept. for making the process quick and easy. As you would expect with buying a high-end car, the delivery process is top notch. You're not just handed the keys, you're presented with your new vehicle. Alexis helped us set up our Porsche account and getting the app installed and working on our phones. After that was complete, both Angel and Alexis made sure to answer any and all of our questions before we drove off. This was our first Porsche. And even with the reading I did prior to visiting the dealer, there is a LOT of things to learn about these cars. So many configuration options and settings. But their team has you covered, especially with the phone integration and main screen options. I walked in knowing the specific car I wanted to see/drive, it was a special lease offer, and left with it the same day. Overall a GREAT experience. |

| Summary: Our experience at Porsche Riverside with Eddie Lemus was exceptional. From our experience with purchasing new vehicles , going to a dealership can be very stressful and anxious with all the negotiation back and forth. Eddie worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted and he was very professional and very easy to talk to. After we chose the car , Alexis Trujillo was so professional and nice as well in helping us in setting up the vehicle features which was very helpful to know before we drove off.
If you are interested in purchasing a Porsche I highly recommend Porsche Riverside and go see Eddie Lemus, you won’t be disappointed. |
