Title: So frustrated with this place. Weve bee Posted On: 6/19/25 Review For: Rating: ![]() |
Summary: So frustrated with this place. Weve been going for years and over time we have realized how completely incompetent they are when it comes to service. In the past year weve had issues with a warning light coming on: Service Electronic Stability Control. 6 months ago after spending 2K on their fixes, it ends up coming back on recently. So we just brought it in for a 2nd time for the same problem. We literally are driving home with it after paying $1,700 and the light comes back on!!!
Also, they said our auxiliary battery is dead. Wanted to charge us $400 to replace it. We take it to the battery place that we recently had it done at (to use the warranty) and passed the test there just fine. 90%.
Over the years weve had issues with our brakes, and they have been telling us that we need to flush and change our brake fluid once a year!! To any other mechanic Ive discussed this topic with, this is complete BS. Unfortunately we didnt know any better and let them do it every year for the past 3 years.
This place is a money grab and doesnt know how to diagnose a problem. Do yourself a favor and go to a local shop. Thats what we will do from now on. |

Title: Havent even picked up my car yet, but i Posted On: 6/19/25 Review For: Rating: ![]() |
Summary: Havent even picked up my car yet, but if you value your money DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They are some conniving, sneaky and crooked thieves to the definition.
I took my car in for a cylinder misfire. I have an extended warranty so I took it to them because Im required to. They tell me the diagnostic is $209.99 over the phone, but then say for my issue itll be $400 when I took it in because theyll check everything with my powertrain. Excessive as hell in my opinion, but my warranty company would cover it and it was supposedly a whole powertrain check, so I said ok. I was further told that the cost would go towards the repair of my car. My car also had a safety recall so I asked them to complete it while they have my car as well. They tell me up to 48 hours to diagnose, but they didnt reach out to me. I had to reach out to THEM. Whatever.
When I reached out to them, they tell me that its just a bad fuel injector (covered under warranty). I asked her did the techs check my lifters, camshaft etc. (its a HEMI, theyre known for lifter failures) and Im told oh we dont check for those things. Its a basic multi-point inspection, which is wild because its COMPLETELY different from what I was told when I dropped it off. Charging $400 for a basic multi-point inspection is egregious. I wouldve NEVER okd that. Addisan (the lady at the service dept. who is over my cars service) then calls me and says to me they were trying to work with my warranty provider to cover a loose injector connector as well. She tells me it can be tightened but they recommend a replacement. Of course shes trying to sell me on other services my car doesnt need like most dealers do during this.
By the end of the day, Addisan tells me that my warranty provider denied fixing the connector and that I needed to foot the bill for the replacement wire as well as the difference between what my warranty provider would cover and whats owed. I asked how much was the difference and to replace the connector, she tells me $8-900. I immediately freeze with frustration because thats insane. She says my provider is only covering $500 of the total, which didnt seem right to me because all of it was under warranty. I told her Id call my provider and get an explanation. I also asked for a breakdown of the bill, and the numbers on that breakdown were WAY more than what has been said to me on 2 occasions via messages and phone calls.
Upon calling my provider and asking questions, they told me they NEVER denied the connector replacement, but they asked for pictures and videos of the connector to see if they can approve the repair. Theyre STILL waiting on that before they make any decisions. My warranty provider then tells me that they attempted to charge them more labor hours than required for the repair, hence why they asked for pictures and videos. Mind you, its ONE injector that needs replacing, not all 8. Its an injector that is in front of the car. Doesnt require the motor to be dropped or anything. I can literally touch and see the injector. May take an hour or so tops to replace. In reality, I couldve changed it myself. I only took it in to verify if it was any internal engine components causing the misfire. Any competent person with a wrench could replace the single injector. The total cost for the connector and injector is about $170 which is outlined on my bill, but theyre wanting to charge almost $1,100 for LABOR. I asked for another breakdown, and now it says Im on the hook for almost $1,300??? Theyre literally pulling numbers out of their ass.
It seems to me they are overcharging for labor costs and trying to secretly charge me labor for the recall inside of this warranty repair, which is illegal. This dealer banks on people not knowing anything about cars walking in so they can rail them. They tried to get over on my warranty provider and since they arent going for it, theyre attempting to get me to pay it. Im telling you, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE EVER. I have evidence and proof of all these things here. |
