| Summary: I have been going to Crown CJDR Dublin for service for well over 15 years and 7 Jeeps now. For most of that time Dustin Litteral has been the service manager I have had the pleasure to work with. Dustin is absolutely fantastic! He leads with his trustworthiness which I think is one of the most important aspects any service manager can ever exude. I know if Dustin tells me something that is the truth. I very much appreciate this as it makes me feel like a respected customer. That is a great feeling. Thank you for all that you do Dustin! |

| Summary: I took my car in for repairs at this location. Dustin, the service manager, was great to work with! He kept me informed throughout the whole process and the team completed all of my repairs so much quicker than I would have ever expected.
Other dodge dealerships wanted me to make an appointment to scan my car but told me they wouldn't actually even touch my car for an additional week past that. Crown had my car completely fixed before the others would have even started on it. Lol
I have already recommended them to friends and family! |
