| Summary: This was our first time visiting Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Dublin, Ohio. We had an excellent experience. Billy Petikas was our service advisor. Billy listened to everything that we had to say about the problem we were having with our vehicle. He kept us up-to-date on the status of our car repair.
I have to add that dropping off and picking up our vehicle was very easy.
We will pass along our great experience to others!
