| Summary: I had an amazing experience with the service department at this dealership, everyone I interacted with was so nice and helpful. Special shoutout to Nick for amazing customer service. I had issues with my 4xe jeep wrangler and had previously taken it to the dealership I purchased it at three times and was told they couldnt find anything wrong. Immediately upon taking it to crown they were able to diagnose the issue and fix it promptly! I had my car back within a day, and they even ran it through the car wash upon pickup. Driving home was the first time my electric mode has worked in months thanks to Nick and the service department at crown! Will only be taking my vehicle here from now on. Cant thank you guys enough! |

| Summary: I purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Dan Pierce was my sales guy. Couldnt ask for a better and more knowledgeable person. Dan knew the ins and outs of a Jeep as a Jeep owner himself. He was courteous and made purchasing a 2024 Jeep a great experience. I applaud Crown for the great idea of putting the customer with a sales person that knows and owns the same type vehicle. The finance guy Reggie was very helpful in getting the paper work completed timely. I have been at dealerships in the past that their finance guy took 4 hours for paperwork. NOT here Crown does a great job getting you in and out quickly. Every person I met was friendly and made me feel very confident in my purchase. Lastly being a female sometimes Women feel intimated when purchasing a vehicle by themselves. NOT here !! I highly recommend this dealership above all others. |

| Summary: I drove almost 2 hrs to the dealership Roger Moore was very professional but easy-going at the same time he had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived to look at although he was finishing up with another customer. I decided not to buy that day but I would follow-up the next day. I appreciated that I wasn't put into a high pressure sales position. He just wanted to make sure that my questions were answered. I purchased the vehicle 2 days later and they delivered it to me the staff was a pleasure to work with as well. I will recommend Roger and Crown to my family in the the Columbus area. |
