Dave shepherded the car through the shop, kept me informed along the way, and provided detail feedback. AWESOME experience. | Summary: This was my second appointment in as many weeks with Shengquin Seguisi that was flawless from start to finish. The GLS450 not only needed B service, but was time for a transmission service, Shen explained the importance and how it all worked. The car still had about a month of warranty, Shen made sure the team critically checked out the car, finding a few items that could be covered by the extended warranty, saving us time and $$$. All was done quickly and professionally.
The GLA 250 went in this week for a B service and brake fluid flush, also Shen was able to get me an estimate on a little scuffle we had with a rear muffler housing and bumper, The quote was given with no pressure, just accurate information and importance outlined. we will return to have the work done at Crown with Shen!
Tomorrow the NEWEST of them all the C300 will go for its first 10k mile service, there are a few concerns, but I have no doubt Shen and the team at crown will answer all questions and concerns.
Previously we had used the same service Rep for 15+ Years that is no longer there, no one likes change, but Shengquin made the transition smooth and easy! |
